At pedealgodao, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
